I help people with complicated childhoods find freedom from the shadows of the past and build happy, fulfilled lives. I am a London - born Irishwoman with a mad sense of humour, a fascination with the impact of family on our identity and choices and a passion for genealogy. In my spare time, I majored in History and Sociology at UCC and qualified as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in London. I live in Ireland now, an unconventional wife and mother.
