George and Ann Rowan were married by Benjamin Newton on April 30th 1856.
Wilson Stevens & Henry Barritt lived in the same house, on the same plantation as George and Ann Rowan. I have been unable to identify the plantation at this time.
I found the index of the application of an H Holbrook, Guardian, filed Dec. 23rd 1870, Application number 192626, Certificate Number 260324 in respect of the minor child/ren of George Bell alias George Rowan of A Company 118 US Colored Infantry.
