Reward of $100 for Garrett who has run away from William E Mealing
The advertisement states that William E Mealing's plantation is 4 miles north of Columbus which was the county seat of Muscogee County. For this reason I have added sources for William Mealing of Muscogee County. However, since I am not familiar with the area, I cannot be absolutely sure of the relevance of these sources.
